Low Carb Protein Diet
Whey low carb protein drinks have been around for a long time. One of the biggest problems associated with protein, is carbs and fats. The protein was great for your muscles, but all the other stuff that came with it is not all that great for our bodies. It may be the safest thing to put into your body for body builders and non body builders. There are some protein complications with taking more than what is recommended. Yet if you stick to the the recommended intake, your body may benefit from it. Moderation is the key to using protein effectively and safely.
I have a few friends that used protein drinks as a way to lose weight. Others use it as a way to keep their muscles healthy without working out. Our bodies need protein and if you are not ingesting enough of it, a protein supplement is the way to go. Not enough protein can lead to an ineffective immune system. I think that protein supplementation should contain at least 90% protein without all the other stuff like carbs and fat. Carbs and fats should come from natural foods since it is possible to find high quality carbs from many different sources
Thanks for such nice post. Low carb diets are extreme measures and most people can lose weight without low carb protein diets. Although some believe carbohydrates are fattening, in reality they are not. Most people can easily lose weight by increasing their activity level or eating a little less and more healthier foods.
Your post is great! But I just read a whole bunch of information about how low-carb diets are bad for health in the long run. I my self was on the verge of committing my self to one�.but now I don�t know.
